Having fun and going out as a highschool student can be expensive. It feels like everytime you go to a restaurant to grab a meal with friends, you have to spend at least $10 for your basic burger and fries. Fortunately for North Atlanta students, there are a number of restaurants around Atlanta that have partnered with North Atlanta to provide food at a discounted price. These partnerships make it easier for students to enjoy meals together without breaking the bank.
North Atlanta students can enjoy discounted prices from a wide variety of restaurants, with a wide variety of food options. From pizza, to pie, and even ice cream, students can be sure they can grab something they enjoy at a cheaper cost. Some of the restaurants included on this list are student favorites, including Willy’s, El Azteca, and Jersey Mikes. There are also underrated spots such as Das BBQ and The Daily, and the 10% discount that students receive makes this the perfect opportunity for students to try these restaurants out. “It makes me really happy that I’m able to save money,” said senior Luke Yano. “After all, I’m a broke high school student.”
These restaurants can be found all over Atlanta. Some of the most popular locations for North Atlanta students are in Buckhead, Cumberland, Vinings, and Midtown, and there is at least one discounted restaurant for students in each of these places. However, be sure to check the specific locations that restaurants are running these discounts in. For example, Jersey Mikes only offers a discounted price for North Atlanta students at the Howell Mill location. “The ability to spend less allows me to save money for college,” said senior Reis Holzworth. “It’s going towards advancing my education”
In order to receive this discount card, your parents must donate to North Atlanta’s PTSA, and once they’ve donated will receive this electronic discount card. In order to use the discounts, all you have to do is show the restaurant the card, and you’ll be set. Some restaurants on this list only offer discounts for specific items, like dine-in meals or food only, excluding drinks, so don’t accidentally order anything that’s not included. “At first I didn’t think 10% sounded like that much,” said senior Alex Katz. “But I realize I go out almost every weekend and over time it really does save money”.
Whether you’re with your friends and you’re not sure where to go to eat together to have a cheap night of fun, or you’re by yourself and just want to quench your hunger, make sure you check out the North Atlanta restaurant partners list for good eats and a discounted price.
