As the leaves start falling and it gets chillier outside, there is no better way to top off your day than with a delicious fall drink from Starbucks. Flavorful options such as apple, cinnamon, and pumpkin galore, Starbucks reels in the students of North Atlanta, always having them come back for more.
The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is one of Starbucks’ classic fall drinks. This drink is very refreshing and includes Starbucks cold brew, pumpkin syrup, and their famously delicious pumpkin cold foam, adding a fall twist to the normal cold brew. Pumpkin cream cold foam is pumpkin puree, cream, and pumpkin spice, making a frothy fall concoction perfect to top any drink. This is a favorite of students who want a fall drink, but also love the taste of coffee, as the cold brew still packs a punch. “I love that the pumpkin cream cold brew allows me to enjoy the strong flavor of the cold brew, while still enjoying a nice fall treat.” said junior Blair Carter.
The pumpkin cream chai debuted in the fall of 2023 with overwhelming delight from customers who may prefer tea over coffee. This fun fall drink combines the spiced chai tea from Starbucks with pumpkin cream cold foam. The herbal spices from the chai and the pumpkin spice flavoring make this drink one of the best flavor-wise. Although it was released more recently compared to other popular fall drinks such as the pumpkin spice latte, or the pumpkin cream cold brew, this drink receives just as much love as others. “The pumpkin cream chai is like pumpkin pie in a drink.” said sophomore Heidi Rhorer, “The caramel, pumpkin, and chai make it just like fall.”
Last but certainly not least, the most popular drink that Starbucks has each fall, is the Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL). The beloved PSL put Starbucks’s fall-flavored drinks on the map and continues that trend with the students of North Atlanta. The PSL includes the usual latte from Starbucks, with pumpkin syrup, pumpkin seasoning, nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove. These wonderful fall flavors combine to create one of the favorite drinks for NAHS students. “The Pumpkin Spice Latte is the epitome of bold fall flavors to me,” said junior Maddie Fluke.
Starbucks’ fall drink releases are always an exciting time for students. From robust coffees to tasty teas, Starbucks has NAHS students lining out the door to get a taste of that fall feeling, eagerly awaiting their favorite drinks of the season.
